Customer satisfaction
In the summer of 2007, in its efforts towards outstanding quality and service, FYTOLAB ordered a comprehensive survey to study the satisfaction of its customers. This survey, done by an independent organisation involving around 100 customers of FYTOLAB, returned a very high satisfaction score, with 75% declaring to be “very satisfied”.
A bench marking of this research compared to other Belgian services companies, resulted in obtaining the certificate ‘Best in Class’: FYTOLAB indeed falls in the 79th percentile of the sector index “service companies”.
